Welcome to

women, work and wellbeing

Hi there - we're so glad you’re here!

Women work and wellbeing believes that EVERY WOMAN should be provided with the opportunity to create their own future, and use their skills, talents and interests to achieve financial independence.

Our courses will offer you ALL the tools, skills, support you need to do just this. Whether you want to get a job, or you may even be considering self-employment, then you’re in the right place! Our courses will help you with all of these goals.

Particularly, women work & wellbeing recognises that women face unique barriers to work, often resulting from parenting, caring or mental health, and our courses focus as much on overcoming these barriers as anything else.

For this reason, each of our courses cover three vital components - confidence, skills & knowledge and community. If we can get all of these lined up, the next steps are a breeze!
